It’s simple – realtors post their listings on HomeDaisy for a small fee, then you the homebuyer browse through the big, beautiful pictures, watch the videos, get to know our local realtors through their profiles, save favorites – and ultimately find the house of your dreams. You can search by city, price, and features – or just start browsing!

As much as we’d like to say yes … the answer is no. HomeDaisy is a great place for you to view homes and connect with realtors online, but once you’re ready to see the homes in person, you need to get in touch with the listing realtor and let him or her take it from there. We do the advertising, they do the selling.

There are indeed! We’re still working on conquering the rental market, so you won’t find a huge number of rental listings on our site, but rest assured that the ones that we have are very, very good.

At this point, all homes on the site are listed by real estate agents or brokers. If you would like your home on HomeDaisy please call your real estate professional and ask them to upload it to our site ASAP.

Because we are not a mammoth clearinghouse of every home for sale in the State of Oklahoma! We are what you see – friendly, personable, and interested in only high-quality listings that will attract your attention and meet your standards.

Not a penny! We put food on our table by way of the teensy-tiny fee realtors pay to put listings on the site.

These preferred listings are placed at the top of each page of the search results for each city, and are rotated on the homepage for even more exposure.

Some properties are so special that photos just can’t do them justice. If you’ve got your own video or can make one, you can upload it to your listing for no extra charge. If you’re as busy as most realtors and don’t have the time – or if you just really want to kick it up a notch, we’ll make the video for you. Our team will come to the house, film it, and produce a top-quality video that will take prospective buyers on a backstage-pass tour of the property. Photography prices range from $69-$99 depending on the size of the house. Costs for videography varies according to the scope of the project – contact us or call 405.633.1412 to get a free quote.

You bet! You can upload the details of your listing and then select the date that it will appear online for all the world to see.

Until it’s sold! Unlike other sites, there is no 30-day expiry to your listing. It’s available for homebuyers to see until you take it down, or, to be more precise, until two weeks after you change its status to “Sold.” Your expired listings will stay on your agent dashboard so you can easily re-purchase them if you happen to list that property again in the future.

Of course! You own your listings, so you’re free to make as many edits and changes as you like. Just go to your dashboard page and click on the “Edit” button beside your listing. Here you can update the status of your listing as well – hopefully to “Sold”!
