INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE - We collect certain information from users, such as during registration or when placing orders.  This is information you provide to HomeDaisy, including contact information so that we may contact you about the services on our site for which you have expressed an interest, and if you place an order with HomeDaisy, certain financial information used for billing and processing orders and any necessary follow-up contact.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS – HomeDaisy may occasionally request information from users to conduct surveys, contests or other special promotions. Participation in these events is completely voluntary.  Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as zip code and age level). This information will be collected for purposes of conducting the survey, contest, or special promotion, and may be retained by HomeDaisy for use with future events and other business uses.

HOMEDAISY COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOU

HomeDaisy is aware of the many scams prevalent on the internet involving “phishing” or electronically seeking sensitive information through misrepresentation.  To provide our users with excellent service, we utilize email and telephone communications when an issue involves a user’s account.  Note that HomeDaisy will never send sensitive information to you through email, nor will we request sensitive information from you by email.  Any suspected phishing communications you receive should be forwarded to support@homedaisy.com.

SPECIAL OFFERS - We send all new members a welcome email to verify their password and username.  In addition, established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special offers, and newsletters.  Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to opt not to receive these types of communications. 

SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES - We occasionally email “site and service announcement” updates.  These updates are to communicate important and necessary information about the HomeDaisy service.  Due to the nature of the information, members are not able to un-subscribe from site and service announcements.

CORRECTING OR UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zipcode), or if you no longer desire our service, we will endeavor to correct, update or remove your personal data provided to us. This can usually be done within your personal account or by contacting customer service at support@homedaisy.com.  We make a reasonable effort to update our records promptly, but you should allow up to thirty-days for the update to take effect.

CHOICES FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from our partners, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by the emailing support@homedaisy.com.

Children

This Web site is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
